What do you need from me to quote a system?
Your equipment list, how deep the gear is, what you want mounted on top, and where the system has to go. From that we size the rack, pick the lid and monitor mounting, and work out power and cable management. A rough list is enough to start.
How long does a custom build take?
Most systems are designed, built and shipped within four to six weeks of order confirmation. Complexity and the production schedule move that either way, and rush orders can often be accommodated - say so early if you have a fixed event date.
Can I visit the facility?
Yes. The shop is at 723 Railroad Ave, Ste 200, Winters, California, and you can arrange a visit to see systems at various stages of build and talk through your project. Bigfoot also exhibits at NAB Show, InfoComm and IBC.
Do you sell outside the United States?
Yes. Systems ship throughout the United States and internationally, direct or through the authorized dealer network.
